[African Wikimedians] Survey results and community review for Wikisoccerthons

The previous survey <https://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/african-wikimedians/2019-November/001836.html> [1] outcomes were shared with respondents in January, who were fine with sharing these results <https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/06/Wikimedians_involved_in_Association_football_-_2019_Survey_Results_and_next_steps.pdf> [2] *"There's a thin connection between the structure of association football, the Wikimedia movement, as well as volunteer participation and retention."* Last month, i submitted an individual proposal <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:Project/Wikisoccerthons_for_community,_content_and_outreach> [3] for possibilities of implementing the above project, which is *under review for community comments until 16 March 2020*.
