In order to work on the vietnamese Wikipedia properly it must be able to use Unicode (UTF-8).
Could anyone help out with that change?

Okay, it's moved over to new software and in UTF-8.
For woefully underdocumented info on translating the interface, see: http://meta.wikipedia.org/wiki/Locales_for_the_Wikipedia_Software

Would that page be the right place for adding translation help or is there a more appropriate one? I'm sure most of the translators gain experience personally, by making the mistakes themselves that they could pass on to those who as yeet havve to go through this. (And I wouldn't mind the opportunity to see what I missed myself either.)
Sincerely,

That'd be a great place, yeah.
