This report is impressive. Users open bug two time faster than we resolve them :-/
With Codereview backlog, manual updates & fixing my own bugs ... I am not sure I am going to help clean up Bugzilla backlog anytime soon :(

We're hiring a Bugmeister soon, hopefully that'll help.

Well, probably not unless the bugmeister finds most reported bugs to be invalid or duplicates... They won't be "resolving" them, just helping us organize them...

I'm hoping that having a Bugmeister will also result in WMF devs being assigned to work on certain bugs. Right now my impression is we/they mostly do projects.

It would probably help if we had a list somewhere of people and what they know, for example, I know I had to poke around in the channel for several days to find someone that knows about CSS so I could nudge them onto a bug (ArticleEmblems iirc). -Peachey
