A reminder that TechCom is hosting an IRC meeting tomorrow (Tuesday 16 October) on: RfC: Release notes automation https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T200392

This RFC proposes a workflow to automate the creation of the release notes. The proposed method is to declare the release notes in commit messages through an opt-in process.

The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 16 October 2pm PST(21:00 UTC, 23:00 CET) in #wikimedia-office (NOTE: meeting occurring one day earlier than usual).
