We're postponing this maintenance. My hope is to revisit this during next week's Phabricator maintenance window.

We lost confidence in our upgrade plan during the walk-through, so we're scuttling this week to improve our plans. I'll keep you posted.

We're deploying updates during that time, and we'll stop Phabricator briefly to run database migrations.
