Hello dear satisfied Phabricator users,

https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T239378 is a proposal to stop automatically copying all Subscribers and Project Tags from a parent task when creating a subtask in Phabricator.

Such a change likely would help reduce notification overload[1] for many folks, in the frequent cases when a large/epic task is broken down into dozens of smaller, more detailed subtasks.
