Actually, I found a few links on the web which state that svn renaming is
not case-sensitive in Windows world, but is case-sensitive in Linux
environment. As I don't have access to a Linux machine with a svn+ssh
working copy of the extensions, I would be grateful if someone else would do
the renaming for me.
