Actually, I found a few links on the web which state that svn renaming is
not case-sensitive in Windows world, but is case-sensitive in Linux
environment. As I don't have access to a Linux machine with a svn+ssh
working copy of the extensions, I would be grateful if someone else would do
the renaming for me.

Urk.... Can we please keep extension directories and their files cased
the same way? Swapping them around is rather maddening.
