What could possibly go wrong?

If your life is suffering from inadequate levels of stupid (I know! Whose doesn't?), that looks like just the forum for you to get a topup from.

It's a forum named "Black Hat SEO". What did you expect?
I'm not really motivated enough to register an account there just to explain to them about the spam blacklist (and about how hard it can be to get your site off it once it's there). Anyway, given the topic of the forum, I expect someone there has probably already tried it and can speak from experience.

You might be surprised how many SEOs have fantasies of using Wikipedia to further their aims. They (but probably not you) would be surprised at how quickly they get caught and shut down. We do need better antispam tools, but we do a pretty good job for a team of about four people watching >>700 wikis.
