Hi all!
We're pausing deployments Mon, 23 Dec–Wed, 01 Jan.
MediaWiki Train deployment will pause for the final two weeks of 2024: 23 Dec and 30 Dec. Backport windows will pause Mon, 23 Dec–Wed, 01 Jan.
End-of-year holidays and a Developer Experience Offsite mean there are six deployment trains this year for MediaWiki:
- 04 Nov (04–08) – 1.44.0-wmf.2 (This week) - 11 Nov (11–15) – 1.44.0-wmf.3 - 18 Nov (18–22) – 1.44.0-wmf.4 - 25 Nov (25–29) – 1.44.0-wmf.5 - 02 Dec (02–06) – 1.44.0-wmf.6 - 09 Dec (09–13) – 1.44.0-wmf.7 No Train, backports normal (Developer Experience Offsite) - 16 Dec (16–20) – 1.44.0-wmf.8 - 23 Dec (23–27) – 1.44.0-wmf.9 No Deploys (Holiday: Tue–Fri) - 30 Dec (30–03 Jan, 2025) – 1.44.0-wmf.10 No Deploys (Holiday: Mon–Wed)
All this information is on the yearly deployment calendar[0].
We freeze deployments every year for the end-of-December holidays and the busy fundraising season[1][2][3][4][5][6].
Thanks!
