I was just thinking: what is the point of making the "Speicla page" tab on a "WhatLinksHere" page a link if it goes nowhere?
Actually, it appears to go to http://en.wikipedia.org/w/ but that seems to do little useful: either a blank page or an error.
Either it should go somewhere (maybe Special Pages?) or it shoud not be a link.

Did you post this coincidentally to Reinhardt filing bug 2434 (http://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2434)? If so, it's rather spooky.
Anyway, my investigations reveal that this residual link is actually broken because it links to "", which is interpretted differently by different browsers.
I've thought before that actually Special pages would benefit from having an attached discussion like anything else, but as is they only have one "action"/"view": themselves. Linking to Special:Specialpages would be inconsistent; not linking at all might be awkward with the template-ness of the skin; linking explicitly back to the same page would be a reasonable compromise.
