It is still there.
Right. Apparently there is an entry with the title "Wikipedie:Co je
článek" in the article namespace, as opposed to one with the title "Co
je článek" in the "Wikipedie" namespace.
Someone with database write access - which I don't have - should be able
to fix this easily (Brion or Tim Starling for example). Of course, if I
had the relevant access, I would fix it myself.
