Geoffrin is back up. I am trying to get the website back to normal, but I really don't know what I'm doing, so I'm just poking around looking at things. Probably someone could fix this pretty quickly.
I left a voicemail for Brion, but anyone else who knows what to do could probably do it as well.
it: is up, but it seems that changes to the MediaWiki namespace (to customize the interface) have been lost. Maybe they are stored in some file that must be manually loaded/activated ?

I can confirm that all the MediaWiki namespace changes on the Welsh Wikipedia (cy.wikipedia.org) are not in effect, although all the strings still exist in the namespace. Looks like something needs to be reloaded somewhere!
