In reply to all "cosmetic" questions: extension "look and feel" could and should be changed. Tabs can be renamed, removed or added, same with colours. Flashing is a bit annoying but it's good for showing sequence borders. Also I haven't protected any pages so everything is editable. If you have some doubts you can edit and try. However I'm not recommending transferring of entire GWB article history (it's a shared server with mediawiki caching turned off). Currently my main concern is integration with the mainline code. At the moment extension is literally hacked into it. Several patches are desperately needed. Unfortunately mainline developers don't seem to be very responsive. I'll give them another go though.
