The basic idea is to set up a honeypot wiki. This would probably be a copy of a real wiki to make it as realistic as possible. There should probably be warnings plastered all over it so that human users know not to edit the wiki anonymously.
That sounds very good. I personally maintain a wiki, and link spammers are really, really annoying.
Although this would only be helpful against linkspammers that operate totally automated, otherwise, they'd find the wiki, and they'd think, "Hey! What's this? I'm not going to spam this!"

This is my collection and it still grows. I think one or two IP addresses are gathered before today.

Well, I also maintain a wiki, and can pretty confidently say that there are zombie link spammers now. I had link spam coming from random IPs, rarely the same twice, but the same spam. Which is to say, if the spammers get enough zombies, you'll end up blocking a significant number of innocent (but infected) users.
Although this would only be helpful against linkspammers that operate totally automated, otherwise, they'd find the wiki, and they'd think, "Hey! What's this? I'm not going to spam this!"
On the bright side, almost all spammers are automated, and really, all the ones that spam in volume are.
