Probably, but 'parseinline' alone would be wrong. $sk->makeKnownLinkObj() returns HTML, which would be escaped by 'parseinline'. We could change it to array( 'parseinline', 'replaceafter' ) so the message properly gets parsed as wikitext (right now it's just treated as HTML).
