The new version is rolled back to group0 https://versions.toolforge.org/ until we resolve:
- Error: Call to a member function getId() on null https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T297827 - tl;dr: users can't login - Already being worked on - PHP Notice: Array to string conversion https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T297828 - Impact unclear, maybe not a blocker
Once these issues are resolved train can resume. If these issues are resolved on a Friday the train will resume Monday.

Those blocking tasks have all been addressed and the backports I have been deployed (Thank you everyone).
I am going to promote group 1 wikis to wmf.13 right now and will do rest of the wikis during the normal window at 20:00 UTC.

We are delaying the group 1 deployment a little due to another hotfix going on which need some careful monitoring. Once validated, I will move the train forward.

The wikis have been deployed to group 1 at 18:00 UTC and the rest of the wikis at 20:20 UTC.
There is no new error showing it thus look like it is a success so far.
