The English Wiktionary has the same accesskey, "d" for the Delete tab and for the Show changes button. Unlike many other accesskeys, this one is not set in MediaWiki:Monobook.js - is there another file I can edit to change the accesskey to "v" like on the English Wikipedia?
(Google and Wiki searches turned up nothing)

Thanks. In here the key is actually set to 'v' but with the mouse hovering over the button we were seeing "Show which changes you made to the text. [alt-d]". This was in MediaWiki:Tooltip-diff I don't know how the got out of synch and I don't know why searching for the hover text in the MediaWiki namespace couldn't find it. But it's fixed now.

It's wrong by default. Only Wiktionary and Wikipedia have it corrected.
