Hello,
I want to migrate from moinmoin wiki to mediawiki. to perform this job I used the mm2mw.pl perl script. But this script doesn't work, it returns me the message : failed to connect to the server. However I am able to connect to mediawiki via my browser with the same authentification informations. Any help is welcome.
Thank you inadvance;

I assume one of the ones linked from http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MoinMoin - which one?
I haven't ever used the Rotan Hanrahan script, I have used the Dan Littlejohn one to usable effect. It's not *good*, but as I noted on that page, no-one ever does this job more than once, so there isn't the open source environment for a really *good* converter to evolve.

Thank you for your response,
I am trying to use the Rotan Hanrahan script but it doesn't work. You have mentioned that you have used the Dan Littlejohn script, but at the link http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MoinMoin the link to acces the Dan Littlejohn script and who to use it isn't still available, could you please provide me a good link or explain me whith more details how to use this script, or at least send me the script.
thank you in advance.
mm2mw.pl Perl script http://dev.w3.org/2008/moinmoin2mediawiki/ by Rotan Hanrahan - imports directly into a running Mediawiki.

I've never used the Rotan Hanrahan script so I don't know anything about it.
Yes, the Dan Littlejohn script is missing ... that's very annoying. Unfortunately, I left my copy of it at my previous job :-( I've marked it on the page as a dead link.
Sorry I can't be more help :-(
