This is the submission to git after review has finished.

The patch introduces all previously pending and unreviewed changes since the migration of E:RSS from SVN to git. These changes have now been code reviewed and also corrected.

The new version introduces the features which were already available in my fork (https://github.com/Wikinaut/mediawiki-extension-RSS) which became obsolete by this submission.
