Maybe it has been fixed already, I see lots of these in /af/, none in /nl/ .

You'll see things marked as <ip> instead of <username> where there's no user account associated with the edit -- that is, the database contains 0 in the rev_user column.
This is mostly anonymous edits, but also includes the MediaWiki default main page and message pages, redirects created by a mass page-move script, and most edits dating from the old UseMod software.
(UseMod handles users very differently from MediaWiki, so converted edits weren't initially associated with user accounts by number, just the name copied in.)
