Although I've got a rough idea of what's involved in setting up a Wikipedia mirror (e.g., install MySQL and MW, download a WP dump file, stir slowly...), I'd like to avoid some of the learning curve. Is there a HOWTO (or whatever) that details the procedure?

In case it matters, the mirror will be installed on a Mac OS X (10.4.9) machine. It can be relatively static (e.g., refreshed every few months), as I'm just using it as a research corpus.
