I wanted to send a heads-up that I've reverted some recent Gerrit ACL changes that I believe have been problematic from a Gerrit operational stability standpoint.

These ACL changes have been blocking some Phabricator mirroring, and you may receive emails from Phabricator about old changes being mirrored into Phabricator.
