The usual spam blacklist doesn't match against all
text; it requires
an explicit match against a URL, so this won't work.
There's no reason to keep it in the spam regex if the spam across the
net has in fact abated, and I think it has.
The reason for a removal is that it's already being abused by lackwits
as an excuse to mess with article content, no matter what devs have
*already said* about the reason for it being in the spam regex (an
immediate serious spam problem).
Unless the spam is still at problematic levels, could it be removed
please? Thanks.
