*Hi,
it seems that the MySQL server connections are reaching their maximum again. This just happened to me when calling a page on the German Wikipedia:
Warning*: mysql_pconnect() [function.mysql-pconnect http://www.php.net/function.mysql-pconnect]: Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (111) in */usr/local/apache/htdocs-de/w/DatabaseFunctions.php* on line *28* Konnte keine Verbindung zur Datenbank auf 127.0.0.1 herstellen
*Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (111)*
If this error persists after reloading and clearing your browser cache, please notify the Wikipedia developers mailto:wikidown@bomis.com.
Perhaps you should max up the limit again (but I don't know if that really is the problem). Regards

and provide performance data if possible.
I ask now as its something to have in mind (in case its currently not) while actually doing the work. --- Lee Daniel Crocker lee@piclab.com wrote:
