Someone on the German mailing list reported a problem with Cologne Blue and Opera. I was able to fix the problem by making the following changes:

- in cologneblue.css, change the line #content { position: absolute; top: 0; margin: 0; padding: 0; } by removing the "position: absolute;", and - in the actual page HTML, change the line beginning with <div id='topbar'><table width='98%' border=0 cellspacing=0 by replacing 98% with 100%.

and the page still sppears to display fine in Mozilla. Could someone else please test these changes on a wider range of browsers?

Should I commit these changes to CVS then?
