bugzilla 2.20 is out and bugzilla.wikimedia.org ask for an upgrade ;) Can't do it myself as files are not in the wikidev group :/

Comments client-side wrapping sound good, support for "In-Reply-To" too (look at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=172267 ).
