* Discussed and decided not to continue discussion within TechCom, because the standard is not currently relevant: Investigate making MediaWiki\ServiceContainer compatible with PSR-11 https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T193722

* Discussed RFC and will put forth an additional proposal: RFC: Use ar_page_id to determine the parent IDs for undeleted revisions https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T193690
