Look at the bottom of the page: "Other Wikimedia projects", followed by our logos and trademarked project names. Also, the fact it says "Wikimedia Foundation" at the bottom makes it seem like it is a Wikimedia project, which it isn't.

From the impression I have been getting, live mirrors aren't considered
a major issue at the moment unless they start to cause problems. Of course this is a trademark violation so should definitely be treated differently.
