I'm trying to find the Special:ActiveUsers page that used to show activity statistics.
Where did it go? Has it been replaced by something better?

It has been killed off, but it likely to come back; see https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=41078 . I think there's been a wikitech-l or mediawiki-l thread about it disappearing already, too. :)
