Am I doing something wrong? On http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:SpamBlacklist we see to download, we are to go to http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/SpamBlacklist/ wherein apparently it takes a lot of clicking, http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/SpamBlacklist/Spa... http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/SpamBlacklist/REA... http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/SpamBlacklist/REA... http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/SpamBlacklist/Spa... http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/SpamBlacklist/Spa... http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/SpamBlacklist/Spa... http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/SpamBlacklist/Spa... http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/SpamBlacklist/cle... http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/SpamBlacklist/cle... to feel that we have downloaded it all. Have we? Was there some one-click download link that I missed? Thanks. By the way, http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/SpamBlacklist/REA... unlike the others, is text/plain, meaning that when we copy ~/Desktop to our thumbdrive for our remote vacation, it won't be there, as Firefox doesn't save text/plain to the disk.
Since you appear to use Linux, svn co http://svn.wikimedia.org/svnroot/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/SpamBlacklist targetDirectory/
(Later on, if you do "svn update" from the targetDirectory, your local copy will be updated to include the last changes.) Use "svn help" to get more help on what's available.

The infobox seems to missing the Extension Distributor http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:ExtensionDistributor link for downloading in which case would be http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:ExtensionDistributor/SpamBlacklist

There appears to be a bug with the distributor at the moment, and it's effecting all the extensions via that system. (For those that are interested I've lodged it as bug #17646)
