go forward. The recommendation is to develop a new schema registry /
metadata service.

Modern Event Platform: Scalable Event Intake Service

if we should use something other than EventLogging/EventBus and lays out
two possible options in addition to staying with the EventLogging/EventBus

Consolidate WikiPage action and special page systems

2011 this RFC seeks to unify the way that page actions are done.
