I think I have all the same extensions installed (I could be wrong though, I checked Special:Version page and they appear to match save for a few things that seem to not be available to the public) so I wonder why this happens. The difference is probably that you don't have tidy enabled while wikipedia has. MW shouldn't give such different output if bewing tidied or not, but it's another matter.
