When changing the subject headline, please include (was old subject headline) so we can follow the context.
And yes it absolutely makes sense to run tools (of all sorts) on tool labs. That is literally the primary purpose of tool labs - to run tools. There are certain things that arent allowed in the tool labs rules, but this hardly seems like one of then.
