Especially considering we do prefix analytics-, labs-, labs-tools-,
wikimedia-, operations-, etc.
I'm not actually that concerned about preserving a hierarchy in Phab
repo names. Unlike Gerrit which encourages a tree-like structure Phab
encourages us to keep things flat. Except for cases where repo names
will clash, what's the harm in allowing people to call their extension
"FooBar" instead of "Extension-Foobar?"
Anyway, names are less important because they can be changed. This
question is mainly about callsigns.
