Great this seems to work except for a small problem. I have added

== 2nd level heading <span id="123" style="color:#0000FF; font-size: 12pt"

123</span> ==

and this puts the data perfectly.

But I actually want to put something like

== 2nd level heading<span><a href="123" id="123" >123</a></span>==

and this breaks giving the '<a href="123" id="123" >123</a>' in the page view.

Can you suggest something.
