Following a discussion with Daniel Kinzler this morning, we have raised the default PHPUnit timeout from two seconds to ten seconds.

I originally thought that using PHPUnit timeout system was a good idea but that is causing more harm than being helpful. So you should see less "PHP_Invoker raised a timeout" errors :-D
