Our uplink from Tampa via Level3 went down for about 10 minutes; PowerMedium either got it back up or rerouted around it and everything seems fine again now.
However it has reminded us that we need to add our backup nameserver in Amsterdam (fuchsia.knams.wikimedia.org) to the record for wikipedia.org. Currently it's unclear who if anyone has access to that account to add it; I think Jason may but it may require restting the account password.

mark's current plan is _not_ to use fuchsia an an NS server, but rather another of the knams servers - but we can't change the configuration until the software is in place to handle it, so this will need to wait a few days, unless we can get access to the DNS configuration ourselves...
