HI, I don't know why my Mediawiki 1.9.3 looks "fat" in IE 6/7, but in Firefox is just all right. All the tables separated. Attached picture, please help.

This is likely the result of using a sucky editor like Notepad. Look at the beginning of LocalSettings.php and other files you've edited with a hex editor (Google for a selection); you should see three gibberish bytes at the beginning of one or more of them, EF BB BF.
