Sorry to send yet another mail, but I made a little writing mistake in the mail: "FileCheck extension probably a good idea for wikipedia and/or commons" It should be: Since the SHA1 hashcode has an index in the database, it should (!!) be fast enough. not "shouldn't be fast enough" as I wrote originally. Sorry for that!
