There is a first Wikipedia Editor Eclipse Plugin available in the PHPeclipse CVS: http://phpeclipse.de/tiki-index.php?page=Wikipedia+Editor+Plugin

Very buggy at the moment, but the principles for documenting a PHP project with some additional Wikipedia texts should work.
