Clearly we need to institute some form of paging on the raw watchlist page for cases like this...

The only thing I can think of (that doesnt involve changes to mediawiki) is write some js that goes through watchlistraw api module (which is paged) and deletes everything in a loop.

This came up on en.wp recently https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:BN#Can_a_bureaucrat_delete_a_user.27s_watchlist.3F. A bugzilla request was filed to have the watchlist deleted.

Done, I've nuked all pages in File, Category and Creator namespaces from your watchlist, along with their associated talk namespaces.
