Hi!

I would like to ask for a review of the new CollabWatchlist extension [1]. The attached patch is against http://svn.wikimedia.org/svnroot/mediawiki/branches/wmf-deployment revision 65812.

Essentially, the extension provides a new special page which can be used by several editors to collaborate on reviews of recent changes.

Could someone please review the code and the functionality of the extension? One area of discussion will probably be the code to build the category tree, which needs a caching layer. I would like to get a few suggestions concerning a future implementation of the category cache, which might be a useful addition to the mediawiki core.
