I have recieved a spam. Nothing special. But the TO: adress is, I think.
Is it normal that spam send to <email AT pliny.wikipedia.org> is forward to <wikinl-l-admin AT wikipedia.org> , the contact emailadress of Wikipedia NL?

The 'to' address actually has nothing to do with where the e-mail gets sent to. :P (And just as well, or mailing lists and BCC wouldn't work, but it does get abused by a lot of spam too.)
I'll try to finish getting SpamAssassin installed when I get a chance...
