I'm leading two IRC sessions in #wikimedia-dev this week to look over how LevelUp https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Mentorship_programs/LevelUp has been working (or not) and to help matchmake mentors and learners for the next round (April-June). As a reminder, GSoC and OPW are ways to fulfill LevelUp.
