* RFC: Wikimedia Push Notification Service https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T249065 question if ChangeProp should be used vs. the proposed path in the RFC of a new service

* RFC: Discourage use of MySQL's ENUM type https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T119173 should TechCom put into policy and discourage it? If DBAs agree then the committee will. If not explicitly disallowing should say when it should be used.

* RFC: Remove IE 8 from basic support https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T248061 clarifying with requestors that ending basic support does mean things can stop working

* RFC: HTML element for inline media from wikitext https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T251641 waiting for clarification from requesting team

* RFC: Site-wide edit rate limiting with PoolCounter https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T252091 not yet agreement on using PoolCounter

* RFC: Introduce PageIdentity to be used instead of Title https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T208776 discussing implications of getWikiId() for existing code

* Liberate the @ for AtEase https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T253461 not RFC yet tagged for committee attention
