Why is the English full dump file enwiki-20100312-pages-meta-history.xml.bz2 at 178.7GB smaller than the file enwiki-20100130-pages-meta-history.xml.bz2 at 280.3GB?
Is the 20100312 dump incomplete or was a larger compression block size used for the 20100312 dump?
