Hello, I've just found on Serbian Wikipedia that we have two MediaWiki's accounts from AbuseFilter extension with usernames "Филтер злоупотреба" and "Филтер злоупотребе".
You can see it as well on https://sr.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%D0%9F%D0%BE%D1%81%D0%B5%D0%B1%D0...
These accounts aren't global, what you can see on https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth?target=%D0%A4%D0%B8%D0%B... https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth?target=%D0%A4%D0%B8%D0%BB%D1%82%D0%B5%D1%80+%D0%B7%D0%BB%D0%BE%D1%83%D0%BF%D0%BE%D1%82%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%B1%D0%B0 and https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth?target=%D0%A4%D0%B8%D0%B... https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth?target=%D0%A4%D0%B8%D0%BB%D1%82%D0%B5%D1%80+%D0%B7%D0%BB%D0%BE%D1%83%D0%BF%D0%BE%D1%82%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%B1%D0%B5
Is merging Филтер злоупотребе to Филтер злоупотреба possible? There aren't any changes or actions done by these automatic accounts.
Best regards, Zoran
The username of the abuse filter system account is controlled by the localisation message: https://sr.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9C%D0%B5%D0%B4%D0%B8%D1%98%D0%B0%D0%B2%D0%...
The translation has been changed in 2020, which is why there are two accounts: https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=MediaWiki:Abusefilter-blocker/sr-ec&...
They can't be merged, but you can remove the user rights from the old one.
There is a bug about making these accounts use the same username and a global account on all wikis: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T160666
