If the tables on the right are a rarely changing staple for every page I would suggest you change the skin. If otherwise start your tables with: {| class="newrighttableclass" And then add .newrighttableclass{} to your main.css. Also, this is probably more on topic with the Mediawiki list mediawiki-l(a)lists.wikimedia.org, as opposed to the wikitech list, since it is a MW admin question not exactly a developer question.
