I can only support Servien's request. It'd really, really kind of you if somebody could take care of this matter pretty soon. Lots of people will surely appreciate it.

Maybe some of you speak French, German, Dutch, Japanese, Italian, Russian or Swedish as a native language. You see, if no developer had taken the time to set up new subdomains for those languages at some point in time ... there simply wouldn't be a Wikipedia in your language by now. Please think about that for a second.
