I asked about 2 months ago on this list if the Special:Export utility was re-enabled, such that complete xml files, including all revisions, could be generated and downloaded for all entries. I was told that it will happen soon. I tried to use it the other day and it still wasn't functional. Any idea when if this will be fixed/enable soon?
